About Us
Junior/Teen/Adult Rockhounds

The Junior Rockhounds, Teen Rockhounds, and Adult Rockhounds ("Greyhounds") are groups of individuals interested in learning more about geology and the earth sciences through something more than just the general meetings.  Previously we have held programs for these groups before the general meeting; however it was difficult for people to get there early enough.  So instead, we are producing an educational newsletter called the "Rock Magnet".  While the newsletter is aimed towards the juniors and teens, adults can also learn from the information in the newsletter.

Below are a list of the "Rock Magnet" editions.  If you are interested in receiving a copy of any of them, please contact us!
